Adolesent Girls Growth Group
Is your adolescent daughter struggling? Is she moody and sulky and struggling to manage her stress with school and her friends? This is a group created especially for her! I am hosting a limited space group for adolescent girls ages 12-14. The curriculum is designed to teach your daughter how to deal with stress and anxiety, understand her emotions, navigate her relationships and learn to love who she is becoming. Pricing is $240 for a 4-session package. Each session is 90 minutes and girls must participate in all 4 sessions.

Social Anxiety Group for Teens
Does your daughter have social anxiety? Do social situations leave her feeling anxious and insecure? Does she avoid social events or spending time with friends? This is a 10-week treatment group that will teach practical strategies and coping skills for overcoming social anxiety. The group will focus on building skills to help her gently face her fears. There will be activities that provide opportunities to practice skills learned, and also time to share with other girls who struggle with social anxiety. Sessions are in-person at my office in Glendora, CA. Group is held Tuesdays (from 7pm-8:15pm), May 7th through July 9th.
