Have you Struggled with fitting in? or feeling anxiety, nervous around others? Cut yourself or caused yourself harm? Worried about who you are and your place in the world? Felt completely alone? Experienced depression? Adolescence can be a time of intense emotions and struggles. The world can start to change in unpredictable ways and you may feel sad, hopeless, lonely, and misunderstood. Often talking to others who have experienced similar struggles can help. This group is for teenagers from the age of 13 to 17 and can provide a safe and supportive environment to discuss your struggles and live a happier life.
