Adolescent Process Group (ACT)
In person, transdiagnostic process group based in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Group is intended for adolescents (ages 12-17) struggling with a full range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, familial, social, academic stressors, trauma and associated conditions. Group intervention will include therapeutic processing and consciousness raising, psychoeducation, skill building, and experiential activities. All individuals and their caregivers interested in group will participate in separate, initial consultations prior to first session to assess for individual needs. Participants are asked to commit to 6 sessions. Cost of group is $75 per session.
