Adolescent Men's Group

A teen’s life is often more stressful than what adults know. While everyone experiences ups and downs, teens can experience longer and more severe bouts of depression as they are often experiencing major life events for the first time. Teen mental health issues should not be overlooked or written off as “typical teenage behavior” or something "that will go away on its own." Groups create a safe place to share individual life stories that allows adolescents to feel accepted despite the adversities they are experiencing.
