Adolescent Group (Virtual Wednesdays 5 PM)
This group is for teenagers seeking a safe space to connect with peers, process stressors and daily experiences, and develop healthy coping skills. This group has a focus on both physical and mental well being, anxiety and stress management, and relational difficulties. It is open process and a great fit for those focused on recovery and building connections and structure to maintain sobriety or lessen use. Meets weekly, virtually, Wednesdays at 5 PM. Open to people who live in CT, MA, and FL.
