Adolescent Empowerment/Peer Groups
2 Sections depending on female-identifying and male-identifying: Adolescents aged 10-12 years old. This is a small group (6-8 spots) of male-identifying kiddos who are interested in meeting in a safe space to discuss emotions, learn about coping strategies and mindfulness to reduce worries, and receive support from peers, towards the goals of building confidence, self-efficacy, while reducing symptoms of depression/anxiety. Parents of Teens, In-Person Support Group
Are you seeking support to be in community with other parents of teenagers? This is the place for you. We are creating a space space of parents to come together to discuss specific concerns that relate to raising/parenting teenagers. Please send us an inquiry at: intake@authenticgrowthwellness.com to place yourself on the group registration list. Group meetings are $45 per person per session, and an individual intake meeting is required prior to attending.
