Adolescent Empowerment Group-4 weeks
Free first group followed by 3 Tuesdays 4:00-6:00 starting in September. This is an opportunity for adolescents to explore their creative potential and overcome personal challenges including the isolation from COVID. We will explore personal, relational, and emotional challenges you wish to overcome, and your dreams and wishes to create a meaningful and purposeful life You will also learn creative uses of meditation, guided imagery, dreams, energy psychology, and ancient tools from sacred traditions, to empower your creativity and engage your love for life.
