***Currently virtual*** This is a fully adherent dialectical behavior therapy skills training group for adolescents and their parents. A parent or caregiver is required to attend and participate with the identified adolescent (14-17) weekly for skills training. Adolescents in skills training groups are required to attend individual therapy with a trained DBT individual clinician, complete diary cards, and homework assigments weekly. DBT skills training is considered out of network for all insurance panels.
