Adolescent DBT Group
A weekly skills group for middle school aged clients and their families Join other families and adolescents to learn skills to support better communication and connection for all. DBT Skills include interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and mindfulness. The adolescent group meets weekly with all adolescents and the first Monday of the month includes the caregivers. Sessions are one hour and include interactive hands-on learning.

DBT Tuesday Noon Daytime Group - Jackel Counseling
Following the Dialectical Behavior Therapy methodology, clients are supported weekly by learning new skills from the four modules. The modules include mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Group members can receive coaching calls at no cost when they are in distress. Members are required to also work with a DBT therapist at the same time.
