This group offers guided examples, evidence-based skills for improved organization, communication, task follow-up, and time management, hands-on tools for every day situations at work, home, and school, better understanding of triggers for lack of motivation or issues starting or completing tasks, and discovery of how you can turn ADHD from a limitation into a superpower. You will learn how you can move from frustration to freedom, chaos to routine, and from snappy to happy.
