I am currently forming an ADHD Skills Group for College Students. Groups are psychoeducational (not therapy) and will have a maximum of 6 people per group. The purpose of these groups will be to address focus, procrastination, perfectionism and how to get past narratives around past educational difficulty. Groups will meet on Zoom.
