ADHD Skills-Building Intensives

ADHD Skills Builder Group is 8 psychoeducation groups ran every other Tuesday evening meant to give you quick skills to work on each symptom of ADHD you may be dealing with. This is meant to be used alongside individual therapy with me or your own individual therapist to gain tools quickly to take back control of your life, learn from others with a shared diagnosis and struggle, and to have tangible skills vs. the general processing individual therapy provides. This is an open group, meaning you can join at any time to complete each session.
