ADHD reWired Coaching & Accountability Group
This is a virtual (video-based) group coaching program specifically for adults with ADHD. It runs 8 weeks, and we meet 3 times per week for an hour. This is not a therapy group. We focus on productivity, time management, prioritizing, all while learning more about and connecting with other adults with ADHD. New sessions begin 3-4 times a year.
