This open process group offers adults with ADHD a supportive space to share small wins, explore challenges, and connect with others who truly understand. Together we’ll celebrate progress, swap tools and strategies, and build authentic community. This is not a structured skills class—it’s a place to be real, laugh about the quirks, and create meaningful connections with fellow neurodivergent folks.
