ADHD Family Support Program

A program to help kids better understand their ADHD and themselves—with support for parents too. In this 12-week program, tweens and teens will have weekly group therapy sessions, and parents will meet for 4 Support Group sessions. Participants will explore ADHD in an engaging and interactive way. Through guided discussions and creative activities, they’ll: Understand ADHD and how it affects their brain and executive functioning, Learn emotional regulation and mindfulness techniques, Develop problem-solving and communication skills, and Discover their strengths, learn to accommodate their unique needs. Focus: Better understand the emotions of their peers while learning to express their own feelings in a healthy, constructive way. Develop essential social and emotional skills, including managing conflicts, solving problems, and understanding and expressing emotions. Build tools to navigate challenging situations like conflicts, rejection, bullying, and disagreements with confidence.
