Developing Our Children’s Skills K-5 ADHD group is an evidence-based group for parents designed at the University of South Florida Who: Parents and caregivers of children with ADHD How often: Eight 90-minute sessions Topics covered: Learning about ADHD, understanding child behavior, developing preventions, new skills for children, new responses for caregivers, strengthening family relationships, navigating ADHD and school, and anxiety and ADHD.
