ADHD / Autistic Adult Small Counseling Group

This group is open to ADHD and/or level 1 autistic adults who seek greater support and understanding of their neurodivergent characteristics, strengths, challenges, and skills. We explore societal and personal barriers to wellness and concrete supports and resources. We also strive to increase community, decrease isolation, and grow self-compassion. This group meets 2x a month on Thursdays at 6pm, via Zoom.

Neurodivergent (ADHD/autistic) Women Age 40+ years
In a small counseling group of 6 participants, you may (1) build skills for greater relief from guilt, shame, isolation, and overwhelm (2) increase knowledge about ADHD and autism in women and (3) create an ongoing community of support. Linda Cooper is a licensed clinical mental health counselor and will be facilitating this group. Additional groups may be offered to ensure small group size. Group meets via Zoom on 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month, 12-1pm.

This educational and support group is for ADHD and/or autistic clinicians. We'll explore executive functioning and self-regulation supports and build community. Come join us and reduce your overloaded executive functioning and isolation. Open to associate level and fully licensed clinicians.
