ADHD-Attunement Groups (Safe and Sound Protocol)

ADHD-Attunement Groups are small cohorts you can join to move through the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) alongside others with ADHD. Please note that these are not standard ADHD support groups. We are also offering a more multi-dimensional program we call the ADHD Attunement Series in the Fall (2026) which includes educational and experiential group classes, discussions, tracking tools, community forums focused on nervous system balance.
