Addiction & Recovery Support Group

Our Addiction/Alcoholism Support Group provides a safe, non-judgmental space where adults can come together to share their experiences, challenges, and victories. This group is for adults at any stage of recovery, from those just beginning, to those maintaining long-term sobriety. Our group will be led by a therapist who has 7 years of sobriety and specializes in addiction and utilizes CBT & DBT. This group will meet weekly on Saturdays for 75 minutes via Zoom over the span of 10 weeks. We can't wait to work with you!
