It is designed for you to become aware of your own process and gives you the opportunity to explore new behaviors in a safe and nurturing environment. Women’s Transformation Group
Transformation Therapy Group focusing on honoring our journeys, sharing our stories, discovering our self-imposed limitations and how we block ourselves. This group allows participants to experience the safety that comes with a group at its best. Some of the issues we may explore are: Exploring the tension between the women we present to the world and who we are in our essence. Learning how we block ourselves from “getting the love we want.” How to find more passion in your life Be more at ease setting clear boundaries with others Believe in yourself, look and feel more confident ,radiant.
