ADD/ADHD Skills Training Group
Focuses on teaching organization and planning skills. Research has shown learning these skills can greatly reduce ADD/ADHD symptoms. Weekly self and family ratings will monitor improvement. Children, teens, and adults can also be evaluated for ADD or ADHD. Please call if you have any questions or are interested in attending the group.
