Action Wellness Studio

Action Wellness Studio is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping people improve their mental health based on the eight dimensions of wellness. We provide evidence-based peer support that focuses on whole person wellness and self care. This includes a person's emotional, physical, social, occupational, financial, intellectual, environmental, and spiritual wellness.
