Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Group
This group is for adults who deal with a variety of mental health problems by learning and practicing mindfulness based skills to manage and improve emotions and live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. This is a great group for working through depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues and many more. We meet in person only on a biweekly basis in Clive, IA. Most insurance accepted.

Men's Therapy Group
We meet in a small group setting, for one hour, on a biweekly basis, where we address issues that men face regarding emotions, mental health, self-worth, relationships, and many other areas of our lives. This group is for men 18+, in person only. Space is limited. Most major insurance accepted including Medicaid and Medicare. This group is for adults who have experienced trauma and live with symptoms related to PTSD. This group is appropriate for abuse survivors, first responders, military veterans, people who have survived accidents and natural disasters, childhood trauma, and many other traumatic events. We meet in person only on a biweekly basis in Clive, IA. to learn the skills to heal and move on from our past experiences and to enjoy fulfilling and meaningful lives. Most insurance accepted, including TriCare.
