Accelerated DBT
Looking for comprehensive DBT but have limited time? Our eight-week accelerated program might be the right fit for you! Groups meet three times per week via Zoom. Accelerated DBT is a “crash course” in DBT for those who want to quickly learn and apply the skills necessary to create a life worth living. Our eight-week program will not only introduce you to the core DBT skills in group, but you will also be matched with an individual DBT therapist. Participants will attend one individual therapy session and three one-hour groups per week.

Adult DBT Skills Training
DBT Skills Training group is part of the comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program. DBT Skills Training covers four modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. During each group a DBT skill is taught to help the client cope with life in healthier ways. Skills training is to be used in conjunction with individual therapy and phone coaching to generalize healthy coping skills in the client's environment outside of the therapy setting. The goal of DBT Skills Training is to replace maladaptive thinking and behavior patterns with healthier choices.
