AAPI Queer and Trans Therapy Group

Holding both AAPI as well as queer identities can weigh on us while also being a source of pride. You may have felt that who you are has distanced you from the very people you hold dear—whether that’s family, friends, and significant others. Depending on your familial and social context you may have had to hide parts of you to make others happy. This process group provides a space where you can bring all of the different, authentic parts of yourself into the room and in community with others.
