This group provides a supportive and understanding space for parent-child pairs in which both individuals identify as neurodivergent. Together, we explore how shared neurological differences shape family life, communication, and connection. Sessions focus on celebrating strengths, improving co-regulation and executive functioning, and creating strategies that honor both parent and child needs.
