A Mother's Connection
Group therapy is a powerful tool for the treatment of perinatal difficulties. It is common for women who are experiencing these difficulties to feel isolated and alone as if they were the only woman on Earth who has ever had such thoughts and feelings. Mothers' Blues group allows you to meet with other women experiencing similar struggles during the transition to motherhood. Group sessions are 90 minutes in length. This group is held online every other Thursday at 7 pm.

You can find support and connection in a nurturing environment for your ongoing adjustments as you try to stay above water. We will incorporate mindfulness techniques, breath work, gentle movements, and meditation skills to assist mothers in implementing self-care and loving themselves. This group supports the mind, body, and soul. Take the time to learn ways to connect, increase kindness towards yourself, accept where you are in your journey of being a person, and provide yourself space to nurture yourself. Yes, that is right!! All of you, not parts of you.
