A Mom Group
Are you pregnant or caring for a baby under one? A Mama's Gathering-growing together is a free, baby-friendly peer support group (not therapy). Created for us to share our motherhood journey, make other mom friends, and just be. We get the ups, the downs, and all the in-betweens. We meet 5:30pm–7 pm on the 1st Tuesday of each month. Reach out with any questions or just show up, there is always space for you! Severe Weather Advisory = group canceled.

Sensational Baby- an infant massage course
Virtual group begins MARCH 7th!!! All 4 Saturdays in March (10-11a) $75. This course provides tools for parents to connect with their babies with nurturing communication using infant massage. Open to babies newborn to 1 year (and children up to 7 with special needs, foster, or adopted). I teach parents massage techniques (demonstration uses a doll) while the parents use learned techniques with their babies in real-time. Incredible benefits include better quality of sleep and digestion, bonding/attachment, and decreased symptoms of postpartum depression and anxiety. If the group times do not work reach out for an alternative.
