A Healing Space for Arab and South Asian Women

Are you exhausted from navigating white spaces, cultural expectations, and the weight of political trauma—while also carrying the burdens of family wounds and intergenerational cycles? Returning to the Self is a weekly closed therapy group designed for women balancing the complexities of identity, oppression, and healing. Together, we create a space where you can: Break cycles of family trauma and unlearn harmful conditioning, navigate the current political climate without losing yourself, find belonging in a world that tries to erase you, resist burnout, anxiety, and self-doubt. Location is virtual.
