Mixed Genders Process Group In Person and Online
Are you craving connection and feedback? Would you like to have a supportive place to take risks in relating in new ways? Groups function as a microcosm of the real world, and help us explore our patterns, receive valuable feedback, and locate our authentic self in a supportive environment. Hearing from others who have dealt with similar issues can help us understand our own predicaments; and having an opportunity to tell our own stories can empower us to find our voice. These groups are diverse and inclusive for people of all genders, sexual orientations, races, cultures, faiths, sizes, and lifestyles.
