The group helps pre-teens learn strategies to express reduce anger, frustration & anxiety. Participants learn strategies express feelings with more confidence, empathy and self control. The group will explore issues dealing with gender identity, bullying, forming health relationships, self expression andThe class teach children strategies to reduce anger, anxiety and frustration. Participants explore feelings using modalities such as art and creative communication techniques to become self aware, to self regulate emotions and responsible for actions. Participants learn strategies to build social emotional skills, empathy & healthy relationships. Participants improve self confidence, leadership self-awareness, empathy and assertive communication strategies with less anger & argumentativeness.

Parenting Adolescents: Surviving Anxiety & Chaos
The class assist parents to learn strategies to reduce anger, anxiety and frustration during parenting. Participants explore feelings using modalities such assertive communication techniques and emotional intelligence. Parents will learn strategies to build social emotional skills & healthy relationships. The class helps participants improve confidence, leadership self-awareness, empathy and assertive communication strategies. By the end of the class participants ultimately improve their ability to become confident.

Anger Management for Teens (High School students)
Teens deal with a lot, developmentally adolescences is a difficult time. The pressure to be socially accepted, an the ability to adjust to new situations is often overwhelming. This group teaches assertive communication skills, anger management, self-awareness, self-control, empathy and interpersonal skills. Participants improve anger, frustration, anxiety and decrease argumentativeness, improve social skills, champion bullying & aggressive behaviors. Techniques learned will help to improve functioning at school, the community and home.
