Group therapy for women who are contemplating divorce or who are navigating the process of divorce. Group members may be living with a spouse, separated or already legally divorced with or without children, straight or LGBTQ+.

Past group members have reported statements like: “I feel seen here, when I’ve never felt seen before”, and “I feel so safe here, I wish all my relationships were like this”. Topics have included: boundary setting, somatic meditation, navigating the complex parts of your internal system, empathy training, how to repair relationship ruptures, depth work, shadow work, inner child work, self regulatory skills and more!
