This group is a supportive, judgment-free space for adults exploring their relationship with alcohol or other substances. There is no requirement to quit, cut back, or have a specific goal to participate. The group is grounded in a harm reduction approach, focusing on safety, understanding, and choice—not pressure or labels. Whether you’re feeling curious, stuck, conflicted, or just wanting clearer information, you’re welcome exactly where you are.
