This 8-session group is designed for individuals who feel that they didn't get the chance to "be a kid," possibly from growing up in a dysfunctional family system, growing up with parents who struggled with addiction, or having to take on parental roles at an inappropriate age. This group will involve learning about the concept of an Inner Child, developing skills to communicate with one's Inner Child, and guided activities to improve our connection to our Inner Child.

The Dream Interpretation group is an ongoing virtual group that meets every other Wednesday from 10 am - 12-pm, billed in 6-session intervals ($240). The group is both didactic and a process group, with members processing individual dreams on a voluntary basis. Because deeper psychic material often comes up for members, I require that I am seeing everyone individually. I am a licensed psychologist and Jungian analyst, and chair the Dream Exam for the Inter Regional Society of Jungian Analysts (IRSJA). The group is facilitated from a Jungian psychoanalytic orientation.
