I create space for Black women and women to breathe, to be seen, and to begin again. I specialize in working with those who are tired of survival mode and ready to embrace boundaries, balance, and becoming. Whether you’re recovering from emotional abuse, navigating intergenerational trauma, or simply learning to speak up for yourself without fear I walk with you in that process. Together we’ll explore: Rebuilding self-trust and self-worth. Letting go of shame, guilt, and perfectionism. Releasing the burden of being everything to everyone. Creating a life that honors your peace, power, and purpose.
