This is a mixed genders group that meets weekly online on Fridays 11:00 a.m. - 12:23 p.m. Group members come together to work on interpersonal skills while exploring issues related to anxiety/depression, attachment/relationships, trauma, perfectionism, social anxiety/isolation, boundaries, fear, anger, grief/loss, and career concerns. Cost is $65 per session, which is not submitted to insurance.

This is a 6-week stress management group aimed to help you reconnect with your inner self by examining issues that create stress and practicing stress management techniques.

If you're looking for a safe, supportive space to work on relationships, boundaries, dating, attachment styles, perfectionism, social anxiety, family dynamics, career concerns or personal growth, then this online Adult Process Support Group can help support you in reaching these goals. It will meet Tuesdays at 3 PM CT virtually. It’s a small, closed group (max 5 participants + leader). The commitment is 6 months minimum, and the group fosters a safe, inclusive space (LGBTQIA+ affirming).

The goal of this group is to provide a safe, warm environment to reflect on and share personal experiences with grief; learn coping tools; process the death of parental figures; and work towards finding meaning in and through these losses. Our time together will be a blend of individual and group reflection.
