My name is Rachel Francis and I have been a behavioral health professional for over 25 years. I have successfully worked as a professional therapist for agencies to include 3AM Counseling Services, Children and Families Services, the US Military (both Army and Airforce), Hospice Care, and Hospital In-Patient Units. I use a client-centered approach to reduce patient symptomology from mental health issues like Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Grief and Loss, and Life Transitions. My patients have expressed that one of the benefits of a virtual platform is that it reduces access barriers to healing.
