This group is focused on providing skills geared toward establishing skillful behaviors, safely surviving crisis, being more present in your life, and improving relationships. The group is co-facilitated by a mental health therapist and an OT to provide whole whole-person, mind-body care as well as specialized attention for adults to develop individualized skills.

Parents will be supported in developing greater self-compassion, letting go of unrealistic neurotypical expectations, and building sustainable strategies that honor both their child’s needs and their own well-being. There is a one-time registration fee of $25. Participation is limited to 12 people.
