Relationship Breakup Support Group

I created this group to help you cope and overcome the overwhelming feelings associated with your breakup, and to help you move on to a new chapter of your life. During group we will share our thoughts, feelings, perspective and ideas, as well as resources, such as books and articles. Providing people with the opportunity of a supporting environment to meet and exchange feedback with others who are going through the same can be empowering and an effective way to promote healing.
