Teens will feel less alone and more understood by meeting other peers who are dealing with similar issues. Along with the help of a licensed clinical social worker, your teen will develop strategies to learn how to better manage their anxious thoughts. Teens will learn how to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy so they can learn how to handle anxious, unsettling thoughts outside of therapy.
