167 Counseling Services is a small, family-owned Joliet practice offering practical, real-world therapy for adults and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, and relationship stress. We work especially well with people in demanding roles—first responders, trades, students, and working professionals—who want tools that work outside the therapy room. Our approach is collaborative, direct, and focused on meaningful change.
