Starting on May 29, 2026 and ending on July 31, 2026. Those interested can reach out now! -- Looking to build confidence in social situations? Join our teen social skills group to develop communication skills, navigate friendships, and practice handling real-life social challenges in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Through interactive activities and discussions, we’ll work on conversation skills, reading social cues, managing anxiety in social settings, and more. Open to teens ages 14-17. $40 per session or save $40 by paying for all 10 sessions up front ($360).

Middle School Group
This low-cost group provides a safe environment for middle schoolers to develop both socially and emotionally. They will be in a supportive environment and will work on social skills, communication, dealing with bullying & social media, and building coping skills! This group is $10 per session and meets every Wednesday from 5-6pm.
