Mindfulness Group 6 Weeks
Purpose: Each week will take participants through different mindfulness practices and meditations. We will start off learning about what mindfulness is, how to sustain nonjudgmental focus in the present moment, and exploring different practices and participant's individual experiences with each. By the end of the 6 weeks, participants' will learn how to incorporate their own individualized practice into their daily lives. Lead by Jenna Hickey LICSW at Flourish Therapy Center

Eating Disorder Recovery Meal Support Group
This is a virtual group for adults (18+) in eating disorder recovery. This is a 6-week therapeutic group starting in February on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm with eating disorder experts Jenna Hickey LICSW and Rachael Berman LICSW. This group will help you stay accountable to your meal plan/recovery, introduce to fear foods and normalize eating in a supported space.
