A group psychotherapy offering focused on therapeutic writing. The goal of this group is to nurture healing, foster insight, and support personal growth through structured writing exercises. Meets weekly starting January 5th, two options to join: Mondays 12 - 1:15 @ 2029 Village Lane, Solvang AND Fridays 11 - 12:15 Online/Zoom.
