To Mask or Not to Mask? A new coaching group is forming for high functioning autistic adults that "focuses on unmasking, being genuine, and relearning who you are as an autistic adult." This initiative draws inspiration from The Unmasking Workbook for Autistic Adults, offering a joyful approach to living with autism that "does not aim to eliminate autism but rather to ease the unique stressors associated with it. These stressors arise from both the disability itself and from living in an ableist, neurotypical world."
