Sam Osherson Ph.D.

Sam Osherson, Ph.D., is a Professor of Psychology at Fielding Graduate University, where he directs the Alonso Center for Psychodynamic Studies. He is the author of six nonfiction books, including the best-selling Finding Our Fathers, as well as the novel The Stethoscope Cure, about psychotherapy in a time of war. He has written for newspapers and periodicals, as well as professional journals. He is also on the faculty of the Stanley King Counseling Institute.
