The book explores how to prevent disagreements from escalating into rows and how to have more rewarding and effective conversations. The follow-up Workstorming: Why Conversations at Work Go Wrong and How to Fix Them was published in September 2016. It topped Amazon's Human Resource Management booklist and is a survival guide for communication and smart working in the information age.
