Oscar Holmes IV Ph.D.

Oscar Holmes IV, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Management at Rutgers University School of Business where he teaches executive education, graduate, and undergraduate courses in Leadership and Organizational Behavior.  He earned his Ph.D. and M.A. in Management/Organizational Behavior at the Culverhouse College of Commerce at The University of Alabama.  His research interests include examining how managers can maximize employee productivity and well-being by fostering more inclusive work environments that mitigate interpersonal and organizational threats.  His research has been published in several academic journals and books.  He can be reached at Oscar.HolmesIV@Rutgers.edu and @OHIV on twitter.  His faculty profile can be viewed at http://business.camden.rutgers.edu/faculty-profiles/hr/holmes/
