Jeremy Nobel, MD, MPH

Jeremy Nobel, MD, MPH, is a Harvard Medical School faculty member and the founder and president of the Foundation for Art & Healing, where he leads the UnLonely Project, an initiative launched in 2016 to combat the public health epidemic of loneliness and isolation. A researcher, practitioner, tool-builder, and evangelist for innovation, Nobel has been a leader in the design, delivery, and evaluation of “high-tech and high-touch” population health interventions for three decades. Working with academia, health plans, health systems, technology companies, advocacy groups and other stakeholders, he is now on the leading edge of exploring and promoting effective ways to address the personal and public health challenges of loneliness. The UnLonely Project harnesses creative arts expression as a powerful catalyst to forge a sense of connection, relevance, meaning and belonging in individuals and community.
