Emanuel Maidenberg Ph.D.

Emanuel Maidenberg, Ph.D., is a clinical professor of psychiatry and biobehavioral sciences at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and Director of the UCLA Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Clinic. Maidenberg is an expert on diagnosing and treating stress, anxiety and depression, and his research and practice focus is on coping with stress and anxiety related to a variety of events including earthquakes, wildfires, terrorism, shootings, and job loss. Maidenberg is also an authority on the psychological impact of the exposure to social media.
